The Job Role

Based at our Production Facility at Rotherwas, due to the continuing growth of the manufacturing department, an opportunity has arisen for a TECHTEST PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR, to work in close association with Production Management and the existing Administrators to conduct administration duties within the Techtest Manufacturing Department and to ensure that all Production paperwork is certified accurately.

Role Responsibilities

  • To retrieve archived Production paperwork when requested by management.
  • To conduct periodical internal paperwork procedure compliance audits.
  • Adherence to strict production paperwork standards.
  • General administration duties.
  • To be fully aware company standards (Workshop Practices, Drawing Office Instructions etc.)
  • Generation and publication of daily meeting minutes and scheduled interdepartmental meeting minutes.

Requisite capabilities:

Administrative experience within a general office environment is essential.  Supplementary training will be provided to the successful candidate. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of all paperwork and documentation within the manufacturing facility and ideally possess:

  • A disposition for accuracy and attention to detail.
  • An administrative background.
  • Highly organised and motivated.
  • A Sound work ethic.

Full Time Position

  • Hours are based on a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm with half an hour each day for lunch.  No weekend, evening or bank holiday working.
  • Salary commensurate with experience.
  • Free internal training provided as required.
  • Opportunities to progress, promote internally and up skill.

Due to the nature of the business being a manufacturing environment, working from home arrangements are not available.
