The Job Role

Currently we are looking for a Production Administrator to join us at our Production Facility in Rotherwas.
Role Responsibilities
- To work in close association with the Production Management collective, Lead Administrator and Production Supervisors, ensuring all Production paperwork is completed correctly.
- To ensure all inspection stages have been conducted, the presence of material batch numbers are evident and build paperwork stamped in strict accordance with WP364.
- To ensure all certified build paperwork is accurately archived both manually and electronically.
- To retrieve archived Production paperwork when requested by Senior Staff. It is the sole responsibility of Production Administration Dept. to locate archived or ongoing paperwork.
- The maintenance of Production paperwork archives.
- Pre-production verification and supply of all Production packages throughout the department.
- Audit Procedures e.g. year-end financial stock take audits, weekly interdepartmental paperwork process adherence audit, training record audits.
- Maintenance and distribution of Interdepartmental training records.
- General Admin. Duties e.g. Order and supply of additional production paperwork, holiday planner updates, distribution of Production package updates.
- Generation and distribution of monthly Work in Progress data.
- Generation and publication of Meeting Minutes.
- Production Paperwork Audit Summary Report generation.
- Generation of 406MHz Message Reports and accompanying Beacon Registration Documentation. Reproduction of Beacon Registration Documentation as requested.
- Provide Production paperwork training to new and existing production staff members and maintain training progress report forms.
- To be fully aware of company standards (Workshop Practices, Drawing Office Instructions etc.) and to raise Change Note requests as required.
Other duties include but are not limited to:
- From time to time, you may be required to drive a Company vehicle whilst on Company business.
- To undertake any reasonable duty specified by Senior Management.

Full Time Position
- Hours are based on a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm with half an hour each day for lunch. No weekend, evening or bank holiday working.
- Salary commensurate with experience.

Due to the nature of the business being a manufacturing environment, working from home arrangements are not available.
