An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Production Supervisor to work in close association with the Techtest Production Management collective to oversee the existing Techtest Supervisory staff and ensure that all Techtest products are completed to the required standard and in a timely manner.
Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- The collation and merging of sub-dept. Supervisor reports to create and extensive weekly commentary of all departmental activities.
- Implementation of the Production plan.
- The conduct of daily short interval management meetings to promote transparency and ensure diligence to short term objectives.
- Conduct all probationary reviews for new and existing staff with the applicable Line Supervisor and Training Coordinator.
- To attend periodical production performance analysis reviews with Production Management and perform a follow up meting with supervisory staff.
Other duties include but are not limited to:
- Adherence to strict production paperwork standards.
- To conduct annual staff performance appraisals.
- Provide support in the absence of interdepartmental Line Supervisor and nominated leads.
- To assist with the ongoing development of the Production dept.
- To attend Production Readiness reviews as required.

- Previous supervisory experience is an essential requisite of this role.

Full Time Position
- Hours are based on a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 4.30 pm with half an hour each day for lunch. No weekend, evening or bank holiday working.
- Salary commensurate with experience.

- Opportunities to progress, promote internally and up skill.
Due to the nature of the business being a manufacturing environment, working from home arrangements are not available.
