Based at our R&D facility at Rotherwas, due to continuing growth of the company, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Electronic Hardware Engineer to join the design team working on a range of state-of-the–art search and rescue products for the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design of Electronic Schematics for analogue and digital systems
- Design of wiring interconnects
- Mentoring junior engineers
- Board /component level testing
- Support of Software engineers during design and development
- Production of Hardware specification documentation
- Support for existing products
Requisite capabilities/ experience
- Minimum 5 years experience developing Analogue/Digital Hardware
- Knowledge of microcontroller and embedded systems
- FPGA hardware design
- Use of laboratory equipment
- PCB design software (Altium Designer)
- Design for EMC
- Design for Manufacture; Design for Test

Full Time Position
- Full time position.Â
- Hours are based on a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm with half an hour each day for lunch. No weekend, evening, or bank holiday working.
- Salary commensurate with experience.
- Free internal training provided as required.
- Opportunities to progress, promote internally and up skill.
Due to the nature of the business being a manufacturing environment, working from home arrangements are not available.
