The Job Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Repairs Administrator/Inspector to support the Repairs Department with the processing of customer returned products.

Role Responsibilities

  • Processing incoming returns.
  • Acquisition of appropriate Drawing Office paperwork required to carry out test and repair.
  • Generation of repair survey reports.
  • Ordering and coordination of stores, production, and consumable items.
  • Final inspection of completed repairs.
  • Packing, booking out and despatch.

    Other duties include but are not limited to:
  • To undertake any reasonable duty specified by Senior Management.

Job requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • 2 years + administration experience, preferably within a sales team.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Full Time Position

  • Hours are based on a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 4.30 pm with half an hour each day for lunch. No weekend, evening or bank holiday working.
  • Salary commensurate with experience.
  • Free internal training provided as required.
  • Opportunities to progress, promote internally and up skill.

Due to the nature of the business being a manufacturing environment, working from home arrangements are not available.
