An opportunity has arisen for a Repairs Administrator/Inspector to support the Repairs Department with the processing of customer returned products.
Role Responsibilities
- Processing incoming returns.
- Acquisition of appropriate Drawing Office paperwork required to carry out test and repair.
- Generation of repair survey reports.
- Ordering and coordination of stores, production, and consumable items.
- Final inspection of completed repairs.
- Packing, booking out and despatch.
Other duties include but are not limited to: - To undertake any reasonable duty specified by Senior Management.
Job requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- 2 years + administration experience, preferably within a sales team.
- Confident with Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Full Time Position
- Hours are based on a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 4.30 pm with half an hour each day for lunch. No weekend, evening or bank holiday working.
- Salary commensurate with experience.

- Opportunities to progress, promote internally and up skill.
Due to the nature of the business being a manufacturing environment, working from home arrangements are not available.
