The Job Role

Office Administrator and Secretarial Support – Street Court, Kingsland

We are seeking a professional, organised, and proactive individual to provide secretarial and administrative support within our Street Court location

Role Responsibilities:

  • Processing of customer orders including query management.
  • Shipping data / filing completed orders.
  • Repair quotations.
  • Customer enquiries.
  • General Administration / office duties.
  • Dealing with incoming telephone calls.
  • Typing.
  • Incoming and outgoing post.
  • Recording internal /external mail/faxes/e-mails.
  • Photocopying.
  • Filing.
  • Organising travel, if required.
  • Co-ordination and assisting with Company Events, if required.

Job Requirements:

  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to remain productive during both busy and quieter periods
  • Previous administration, reception or customer-facing experience desirable, however full training provided
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office suite software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, presentable, and confident in dealing with people at all levels
  • High attention to detail with consistent accuracy
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information appropriately
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to remain productive during both busy and quieter periods

  • Full time position.
  • Contracted between 30 – 40 hours per week. To be agreed with the candidate (Not flexible once agreed).
  • 5 days per week, Monday – Friday, with a minimum of 6 hours a day, starting between 8:00am and 9:00am (To be agreed with candidate and not flexible once agreed).
  • Immediate start.        
  • Salary commensurate with experience.
  • Free internal training provided as required.

    Due to the nature of the business being a manufacturing environment, working from home arrangements are not available.
