The Job Role

Due to the continuing growth of the manufacturing department, an opportunity has arisen for a Production Process Technician. The successful candidate will work in close association with the existing Production Process Team to ensure that Operational Standards are implemented and existing controls maintained

Requisite Capabilities

Although relevant experience would prove advantageous, it is not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the generation and monitoring of production processes and ideally possess:

  • Strong organisational skills and display a sound work ethic.
  • A natural enquiring mind.
  • A manufacturing background is preferable but not essential.
  • Creative with a problem-solving disposition.

Other Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Collation of information for generation of monthly manufacturing activity analysis.
  • Maintain the policy of continuous improvement in all aspects of Techtest Process.
  • Monitoring of active processes to ensure compliance with all required standards.

Full Time Position

  • Hours are based on a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 4.30 pm with half an hour each day for lunch. No weekend, evening or bank holiday working.
  • Salary commensurate with experience.
  • Free internal training provided as required.
  • Opportunities to progress, promote internally and up skill.

Due to the nature of the business being a manufacturing environment, working from home arrangements are not available.
